System Dashboards

Access
  1. From the Online Tools menu within My Home page, select Insights Portal.
  2. Select a dashboard to access, including:Access Dashboards - The Engagement, Learner Engagement, Assessment Quality, and Outcome Achievement dashboards

Note:

It's unnecessary to switch between the Engagement and Learner Engagement dashboards and the Insights Portal.  Both are accessible within each other.

Settings
  1. From the Online Tools menu within My Home page, select Insights Portal.
  2. Locate and select the Assessment Quality Dashboard.
  3. From the More Actions (three dots in the upper-right corner) dropdown menu, select Settings.

  4. From within Settings, select and adjust the metrics thresholds for Quiz Details and/or Quiz Items, as needed.

  5. Select Save and Close.
Data Export

Note:

All of the data presented in the dashboards can be exported to CSV using the Export to CSV option in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.

  1. From the Online Tools menu within My Home page, select Insights Portal.
  2. Select a dashboard to access.
  3. Select the Export to CSV option to generate and download a CSV file.

  4. Exported files will appear in browser downloads.

  5. Select the file to open.

Note:

The data presented in the CSV file will reflect all of the data shown in the dashboard with any filter settings applied.
