Note:

Moderating Discussions applies only to discussion topics with the following option selected: “Posts must be approved before they display in the topic”.

  1. Step 1
    From the Assessments or Communication menu within a D2L course, select Discussions.
  2. Step 2
    Locate the Topic.
  3. Step 3
    Select the number next to the triangle alert to view and approve new posts.

  4. Step 4
     From the Actions dropdown menu next to the Thread Title, select Approve Thread.
    To approve a thread, select Approve Thread from the dropdown menu.
