1. Step 1
    From the Communication menu within a D2L course, select FAQ.

    Select New Category.
    New Category button selected.
  3. Step 3
    Enter the Name of the category.
  4. Step 4
    Select Save.
  5. Step 5
    To add an FAQ question, select New Question.
    New Question button selected.
  6. Step 6
    Select the Category from the dropdown menu.
  7. Step 7
    Enter the Question in the text field.
  8. Step 8
    Enter the Answer in the HTML Editor.
  9. Step 9
    Select Save.
