FAQ Addition

  1. From the Communication menu within a D2L course, select FAQ.
  2. Select New Category.
    New Category button selected.
  3. Enter the Name of the category.
  4. Select Save.
  5. To add an FAQ question, select New Question.
    New Question button selected.
  6. Select the Category from the dropdown menu.
  7. Enter the Question in the text field.
  8. Enter the Answer in the HTML Editor.
  9. Select Save.
