Lumi

Lumi provides a generative AI tool within D2L to create material for course assessments, module summaries, and the alignment of learning outcomes.

Lumi consists of:

Lumi Idea for Assignments: Provides assistance to create new assignments or enhance existing ones with improved structure and engagement.
Lumi Idea for Discussions: Provides assistance to create new discussion topics or refine existing ones for better interaction and participation.
Lumi Outcomes for Assignments: Provides recommended learning outcomes to align with each assignment.
Lumi Outcomes for Discussions: Provides recommended learning outcomes to align with each discussion topic.
Lumi Outcomes for Quizzes: Provides recommended learning outcomes to align with each quiz question.
Lumi Practice: Provides generated practice questions based on the content of a D2L HTML page.
Lumi Question: Provides assistance to create questions for the Question Library which can be added to quizzes.
Lumi Study Support: Provides recommended content topics and overall feedback based on incorrect answers from a quiz attempt.
Lumi Summary: Provides concise summaries of Content modules and activities.
