Evaluating Videos in D2L for Audio Description

Federal Title II accessibility regulations require prerecorded videos to include audio descriptions when essential visual information is not communicated through narration.

All videos made available to students in D2L must be evaluated by the course instructor, regardless of where they are hosted or who created them. This includes Kaltura, YouTube, publisher-provided, embedded, uploaded, and externally linked videos.
