Reporting and Analytics

Note:

Reports will only appear on interactives that you are the owner of.

  1. Open the interactive you wish to view the analytics for.
  2. Select Reports.

    Note:

    If the Reports button does not appear, then there are no completions on the activity.

  3. To view all attempts for a user, select the name of the user.

  4. To view the details of a specific attempt, click on the End Time timestamp.

  5. To export all user activity data, select Export (.CSV).
