Ally is an accessibility tool, integrated into D2L, designed to improve the usability and accessibility of course content created and uploaded into D2L, as well as provide students with the opportunity to access and download accessible alternative formats for course files.

Within a D2L Course, select the Ally indicator in D2L Content.

Read the instructions for improving issue(s).

Download the file out of D2L and open the file with the app used to create it.

Make improvements to the file.

Upload the updated file into D2L.
