Course Export

  1. From the My Courses menu, select the Course you wish to export content from.
  2. Select the Gear Icon. The Gear icon is located in the upper-right corner near the users name.
  3. Select Import/Export/Copy Components. Gear icon drop-down menu showing the Import/Export/Copy Components option.
  4. Select the radio button to Export as Brightspace Package. Radio button selected.
  5. Select Start.
  6. Select the Checkbox next to each item you wish to export, or select the Select All Components Checkbox to select all items. Checkbox next to each item to be exported should be selected, or users can select the Select All Components Checkbox to select all items.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Select include course files in the export package.
    9. IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT navigate away from the screen while the export is in process.
  9. Select Export.
  10. Select Done.
