What does the D2L Email Change mean to me?

If You’ve Already Forwarded Your D2L Email – What does this mean?

• From the date you started forwarding in D2L, all incoming emails to D2L are going to your chosen email address (username@mail.lcc.edu).
  • Note: Important emails within your inbox and folders that were received before you forwarded your D2L email MUST be manually forwarded before they are permanently deleted on May 13, 2026.  
• Important emails you have manually forwarded from D2L are stored in the email you sent them to (username@mail.lcc.edu).

If You've Not Forwarded Your D2L Email – What does this mean?

• Your D2L inbox and folders will be permanently deleted on May 13, 2026, including all emails within them.
• Important D2L emails that have NOT been forwarded before May 13, 2026 will be deleted.

Three Tips for Wrapping Up Courses in D2L!

Students, check out these tips for wrapping up courses in D2L: 

1. View grades and feedback via Grades and Class Progress.
2. Complete course evaluations from the Course Evaluations tab on the D2L Homepage.
3. If graduating, disable D2L notifications.
