Description: Reminder that a change to D2L Email took effect on May 13, 2026. D2L Email is now "send only". Faculty receive and reply to students emails in LCC Outlook, while students receive and reply to faculty emails in LCC Gmail. This session will recap the workflow for using D2L Email to ensure the best user experience for both faculty and students. Topics include starting all emails from the D2L Classlist, the importance of keeping the course title and CRN in the subject line, and receiving and replying to student emails in LCC Outlook.
