Server Profile Configuration

  1. From within Respondus, select the Retrieval tab.

  2. Select on Retrieve Questions.

  3. Choose add new server from the Brightspace Server dropdown menu, select Next.
  4. Select Yes, check for preconfigured server settings, select Next.
  5. Preconfigured Server Settings Wizard: Enter a name to describe the Brightspace Server.

  6. Preconfigured Server Settings Wizard: Check the box for Save my User Name and Password.

  7. Preconfigured Server Settings Wizard: Select Next.
  8. On the LCC Authentication window, enter your Username and password and select Login.
  9. Server Connection Test: Select Next.
  10. Preconfigured Server Settings Wizard: Select Finish.
  11. Select LCC (PSS) from the Brightspace Server dropdown menu, select Next.

  12. The retrieve question wizard should appear.
