Breakout Sessions in WebEx Trainings

Note: Breakout Sessions are only available while using the WebEx Training Conferencing Account.

  1. From within a WebEx Training event, select Breakout Session Assignment from the Breakout menu.
    1. To assign Breakout Sessions manually select Add Session to create sessions and add participants. Note: The first user added will be assigned the Presenter role.
    2. To assign Breakout Sessions automatically, select Automatically.
  3. To begin the Breakout Sessions, select Start Breakout Sessions from the Breakout menu. Note: Breakout Session Presenters can also start their Breakout Session by selecting Start on the Breakout Session widget.
  4. To end the Breakout Sessions, select End Breakout Sessions from the Breakout menu. Note: Breakout Session Presenters can also end their Breakout Session by selecting End Breakout Session on the Breakout Session widget.
