Creating, Editing, and Deleting an Equation

Creating an Equation

  1. Navigate to an item containing the HTML Editor.
  2. Select the Graphical Equation icon on the toolbar. Select the Graphical Equation icon.
  3. From the options, select Graphical equation, MathML equation, LaTex equation, or Chemistry equation.
  4. Use the Insert Equation options to enter the equation. Insert Equation options
  5. Select Insert.
  6. Enter any additional information that should be included with the equation. Enter additional information into the HTML Editor.
  7. Select Save or Update.

Editing an Equation

  1. From the drop-down menu, select Edit.
  2. Click the equation in the HTML Editor to select it. Locate the equation to be edited
  3. Select the Graphical Equation icon on the toolbar. Use options in the toolbar to edit appropriately
  4. Use the Edit Equation options to edit the equation.
  5. Select Insert.

Deleting an Equation

  1. From the drop-down menu, select to Edit the item.
  2. Click the equation in the HTML Editor to select it. Locate the equation to be deleted
  3. Select Delete on your keyboard.
  4. Select Update to save your changes.
