Adding FAQ Categories and Questions

  1. From the Communication menu, select FAQ.
  2. Select New Category. New Category button selected.
  3. Enter the Name of the category.
  4. Select Save.
  5. To add an FAQ question, select New Question. New Question button selected.
  6. Select the Category from the drop-down menu.
  7. Enter the Question in the text field.
  8. Enter the Answer in the text field.
  9. Select Save.
